Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, Collector Grade does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital 3D model files (STL, OBJ, etc.)

• Downloadable assets

• Digital bundles

• Any other downloadable content

Please ensure you review the product description, compatibility, and requirements before purchasing.

Exceptions

A replacement or assistance may be provided only if:

• The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete.

• You receive the wrong digital product.

• There is a technical issue preventing access to your purchased files that cannot be resolved through standard support.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

• Changing your mind after purchase.

• Purchasing by mistake.

• Incompatibility with your printer, slicer, software, or hardware.

• Lack of knowledge or experience using 3D printing or digital files.

• Failure to read the product description before purchasing.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Collector Grade offers physical products in the future, their return and refund eligibility will be stated on the respective product pages or in a separate policy.
